Shaheen Naseer

Shaheen is a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford, affiliated with the Future of Development Group at Oxford Martin School. They completed their PhD at Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Their research focuses on core topics in personnel economics of the state and labor economics including skills, human capital accumulation and impact of gender sensitive polices in government institutions. Their work uses original and administrative data and field experiments to answer policy-relevant questions in close cooperation with partner organisations.
