Hannah is a DPhil student at the Blavatnik School of Government. Her research interests lie within development economics and policy, with a particular focus on interventions that reduce household risk from climate change and natural disasters. Before joining the Blavatnik School, Hannah spent nine years working on research and programmes in the international development sector, including at Precision Development (PxD), the Center for Global Development and the Institute of Development Studies. Hannah is from the UK and holds an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
