Courtney Blair

Courtney is a DPhil student at the Oxford Department of International Development.  Her research focuses on the usage of modern agricultural inputs by smallholder farmers in Uganda, and seeks to understand the barriers to greater investment in inputs, such as counterfeit products and shocks.  She uses mixed methods techniques from the development economics and development studies disciplines in her work.
