Antonia is a DPhil student at the Department of Economics, University of Oxford. Her research interests lie in the areas of development, migration, and labour economics, with a particular focus on the economic integration of refugees as well as the role of mental health and social networks in determining labour market outcomes. Antonia previously worked with the World Bank in Nairobi as well as the Oxford Refugee Studies Centre on projects aiming to better understand the socioeconomic situation and improve the livelihood opportunities of displaced communities and their hosts in East Africa. She completed the MPhil in Economics at the University of Oxford and received her BSc in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, Germany.
