ECONOMIC RESEARCH ON IDENTITY, NORMS, AND NARRATIVES

The CSAE, in collaboration with the Economic Research on Identity, Norms and Narratives (ERINN) Network, has several research projects that focus on how social forces – particularly identity, norms, and narratives – can shape economic outcomes.

ABOUT ERINN

Economic activity takes place in a social context which structures and co-determine people's preferences, beliefs, and constraints. The role of ERINN is to bring these processes to the forefront of economic analysis. The ERINN Network brings together leading researchers in economics, psychology, demography and public health to investigate how social forces – particularly identity, norms, and narratives – can shape economic outcomes.
