Natasha is currently working as a Research Assistant in Development Economics at the Centre for the Study of African Economies (CSAE). She works on human capital research linked to the World Bank Human Capital Index as well as a new human capital initiative supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and led by the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), one of the largest and oldest economics think tanks in Africa. She also supports the scale-up of evidence-based health and education programs in partnership with one of the largest NGOs in Southern Africa, Young 1ove, which conducts randomized controlled trials and scales-up results in partnership with governments. Previously, she was a researcher at the Global Poverty Research Lab at Northwestern University.
Natasha received her Masters from Georgetown's McCourt School of Public Policy in Washington DC, and her BA from Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi, India.
