the CSAE Scholarship

The Centre for the Study of African Economies (CSAE) invites applications for a scholarship of £10,000 to support Africans wishing to pursue economic research for the degree of DPhil at the University of Oxford.

Candidates must have been accepted onto the DPhil Economics programme by the University of Oxford. The thesis topic should be of relevance to African economies. CSAE Scholarship award holders will be attached to the CSAE and will usually be supervised by members of the research team.

Applications must include a copy of your research proposal together with your CV and details of other funding (and current funding applications) obtained for your DPhil studies.
