Biography

I am a doctoral student in economics. I am based at the Oxford Centre for the Analysis of Resource Rich Economies and the Centre for the Study of African Economies. In the first chapter of my thesis I analyze the effects of oil booms on regional labour markets in Kazakhstan and the expectations formed by households located in the oil rich region. Currently I am working on the national choice of primary energy sources necessary to satisfy energy demand across countries and time. I have received my Master of Science at the University of Edinburgh.
