Call for papers

This conference will be held on 17th to 19th March 2013, at St Catherine's College.

Papers addressing economic analysis of the broad issues relevant for economic development in Africa are invited for the CSAE 2013 conference. Papers on countries other than those in Africa are welcome, providing they deal with issues central to African development.

If you are interested in presenting a paper, please submit an abstract online by Friday 30th November 2012, midnight (Eastern Daylight Time). If accepted for the conference, all authors will need to submit completed papers for inclusion in the final programme.

Student applications

Ph.D./D.Phil students must submit an abstract and a full paper.

Participants requesting funding

There is a limited budget to fund African presenters who are currently living and working in Africa and who will be travelling from Africa to the conference. Funding will cover all participation and travel costs for successful applicants. Applicants must submit an abstract and a full paper.
