Guidelines for chairs, presenters and discussants

Keep time: each session runs for 1 hr 50 minutes, meaning about 15 minutes presentation per paper, 5 minutes for each discussant in total and 10 minutes discussion per paper. Total: 1 hr 50 minutes.

Guidelines for discussants:

The aim is not to give a complete discussion of the paper (there is no time for this) but to pick up a few key points that are possibly problematic or at least worth discussing further. Each discussant should focus on two out of four papers.

Guidelines for chairs:

Please keep time during the session, keep the order of the presentation as printed, and organize the discussion. Also, before the conference, contact the discussants and agree with them who discusses which paper. Once you have confirmed, we will send you email contacts of the discussants for your session. Papers could be discussed after each presentation (but in that case: only a few minutes per paper, before discussion is opened) or after the presentation of two papers if suitable.
